HOW TO PLAY TILES 

★ SINGLE

Play one tile only.

Each player must play a higher-numbered tile than the previous player.

When comparing <SINGLE>s with the same number, the suits of the tiles determine which is higher

The order of the strength of the suits: SUN > MOON > STAR > CLOUD. 

★ PAIR

Play two same-numbered tiles. 

Each player must play higher-numbered tiles than the previous player. 

When comparing <PAIR>s with the same number, the one with a SUN tile beats the other. 

★ TRIPLE

Play three same-numbered tiles.

Each player must play higher-numbered tiles than the previous player.

★ STRAIGHT 

Play five tiles in numeric order, regardless of the suits.

Each player must play a higher row of tiles than the previous player.

When two <STRAIGHT>s consist of the identical numbered tiles, the suits of the highest-numbered tiles in each combination determine which combination is higher.

★ FLUSH 

Play five tiles of one suit, regardless of numbers. 

Compare the highest-numbered tiles in each combination first to determine which combination is higher.

Compare the second-highest tiles if the highest tiles have identical numbers on them;

if those have the same numbers as well, then the third-highest tiles, and so on.

When comparing <FLUSH>s with the same set of numbers, the suits of the tiles determine which is higher. 

★ FULL HOUSE 

Play a combination of <PAIR(two same-numbered tiles)> and <TRIPLE(three same-numbered tiles)> at once.

The combination with a higher numbered <TRIPLE> beats the other. 

★ FOUR CARD 

Play the same numbered tiles of all 4 suits with another tile(any number) to play five tiles in total.

Note that you cannot play only four tiles. Compare the four same-numbered tiles to determine which is higher. 

★ STRAIGHT FLUSH

Play five consecutive numbered tiles of the same suit(STRAIGHT and FLUSH at the same time).

Compare the highest-numbered tiles in each combination first.

When comparing <STRAIGHT FLUSH>s with the same set of numbers, the suits of the tiles determine which is higher.

The ranking of five-tile combinations is as follows:

STRAIGHT FLUSH > FOUR CARD > FULL HOUSE > FLUSH > STRAIGHT. 

So, if the previous player played Flush, the next player can play higher <FLUSH> or <FULL HOUSE>, but one cannot play <STRAIGHT>. Of course, you cannot play <PAIR> or <TRIPLE> since the number of tiles is different.
